Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received 7 business days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations received 2-6 business days prior to the event will receive 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 2 days prior to the event will be considered on a case by case basis.

Sponsorship Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received within 7 business days of purchase will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, provided that no sponsorship benefits have yet been used.

Cancellations received after 7 business days are non-refundable, as sponsorship benefits begin upon registration and may include logo placement, promotional recognition, and other marketing opportunities.

If any sponsorship benefits have already been provided or used, the sponsorship will be non-refundable.

Once the sponsored event has taken place, the sponsorship is non-refundable.

Cancellation requests received after the 7-business-day period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at SCI’s discretion.
