Session 3: Curiosity

This series focuses on the deeper themes when considering what is “behind the conversation” and how to navigate through it when the time presents itself. Having an understanding that goes beyond the surface of hearing what is said, but asking appropriate questions to get to the underlying issue behind it all, has a lot to do with a proper approach to curiosity. In this session, you will learn necessary tools on what to say and how you say it during your conversations with other professionals and/or clients.
