Primary Focus of the CWSA Program
  • Wealth & Business Strategies
    • Expand your knowledge in planning for:
      • Family wealth transfers;
      • Income tax savings;
      • Owner benefits;
      • Business transitions and exit strategies;
      • Split interest charitable strategies;
      • Dedicated charitable strategies;
      • Asset protection;
      • Insurance;
      • Elder Law; and
      • Medicaid (Medi-Cal in California)

  • Product & Strategy Marketing
    • Create the list of strategies that:
      • Are appropriate for your practice, marketplace, and referral partners;
      • Need to be changed, updated, or unwound; and
      • Solve for those strategies that are being unwound.
    • Draft:
      • Letters for your current clients to generate interest, appointments, and engagements;
      • Marketing materials to reach your independent collaborative advisors (rainmakers) to generate interest, appointments, and engagements for you and them;
      • White papers on the subject matter to be divided and distributed into your social media; and
      • Powerpoint presentations with handouts and talking points on the variety subjects mentioned above to generate interest, appointments and engagements.
