Counselor Days

Counselor Days are one of several programs offered through the Southern California Institute (SCI) to institutions and their advisors participating in the Practice Developer Programs (PDP). SCI shares a counselor at your firm for a day to help professionals increase their client marketing, interaction, and relationships through group “Stump the Counselor” gatherings and individualized “Advisor Focus Sessions.”

Counselor Days offer advisors individualized attention to help attract new clients, engage current clients with additional opportunities, and re-approach and engage prospective clients. Counselor Days also offer advisors and the institutions hat they work within the “Language and Tools” to increase revenues, cross referrals, and collaborative opportunities.

As part of a Counserlor Day, Stump the Counselor is an advisor group lunch/wine and cheese gathering, sponsored by SCI, where management and advisors are encouraged to ask questions, general or specific, regarding a client situation, the current economic times, new law, and variations of legal/financial strategies. As a free flowing brainstorming session, Stump the Counselor offers advisors opportunities to keep up in today’s ever changing financial, legal, tax, and asset protection landscape.
